Frequently asked questions
What's an MCP call?
Every time Claude searches, reads a doc, or pulls a flow step through Mnema, it counts as one call. A normal hour of conversation typically uses 10–30 calls. Flow-heavy workflows use more — each step in a flow is one call.
What are flows?
A flow is a sequence of content steps Claude reads in order, with your instructions between them. Flows let you control how Claude consumes your workspace — instead of dumping everything at once, you sequence the context step by step. The flow editor is in our next release; all plans will include flows.
Do I need a paid Claude account?
You need Claude Pro or higher to use MCP connectors. Mnema connects to your existing Claude account.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your workspace settings. Changes prorate within the billing cycle.
Where is my data stored?
On Neon Postgres in ap-south-1 (Mumbai). We're working on additional regions for teams that need EU or US residency.
Is there an annual discount?
